Miss Bianca, the intrepid heroine of The Rescuers, Miss Bianca, The Turret and Miss Bianca in the Salt Mines, is back as Perpetual Madam President of the M.P.S.A. (Mouse Prisoners' Aid Society). In this responsible role, she reaches new heights of heroic resourcefulness that combine with ladylike poise to make her every move a delight.

When last seen, Miss Bianca was busy with the perilous task of rescuing Teddy-Age-Eight from evil enemies in Miss Bianca in the Salt Mines. In this, her latest adventure, the dainty and dauntless Miss Bianca is accompanied by her stalwart right-hand-mouse Bernard (Secretary of the M.P.S.A.) on the most dangerous mission of her career.

Her cause is to save the life of a young court page, sentenced to death by the beautiful, heartless Ranee of the Orient. Miss Bianca and Bernard cache themselves on an ambassadorial jet and wing their way to the Ranee's palace. But before they can rescue the boy, Miss Bianca must win royal favor with a splendid rendition of "Le Camembert" played on a tiny harp, make courageous allies of the ladies-in-waiting Muslin and Vanilla, and convince the Ranee's pet elephant that he is a pawn in a game of treacherous intrigue.
