Holocaust seeks to acquaint your students with the causes and results of Holocaust. They will learn why Hitler led his country to turn against the Jews, how the abuse of Jews escalated during World War II, how and when the prisonersof concentration camps were freed, and more through fictional journal entries, newspaper articles, letters, and editorials. The activities and questions following each article encourage students to think critically about the past, ponder why people made the choices they made, and what they may have done if faced with a similar situation.
